Evaluating your Office Digitisation Status-Quo

  3.  Customer Oriented Processes: To which extent are you supported by digitised processes?
    • CRM-Tools (Customer Relationship Management)
    • Videoconferencing
    • Instant Messenger for customer contact
    • Social Media for customer contact
    • Calender Tools to fix appointments
    • Digitised Customer Information (contracts, etc)
    • Customer Contact History
    • Customer Value Information
